Ground screw galvanization procedures:
1. Deoiling: Dip ground screws into a pool with heated sodium hydroxide solution to remove the oil, then rinse with water.
2. Acid wash: Remove the rust and oxidation by hydrochloric acid, then rinse with water.
3. Hot dip galvanizing: Dip ground screws into the galvanizing pool with 98.5% and 450ºC zinc solution, and control the galvanization time to achieve the thickness of zinc layer per request.
4. Package: Clean the surface of ground screws and pack with iron-framed box.
